For 15 years, I scaled an international yoga business while secretly wrestling with focus, energy crashes, and an obsession with peak performance. In 2023, I was diagnosed with ADHD — and suddenly, it all made sense. My lifelong pull toward yoga, flow states, and somatic healing? It wasn’t just passion. It was self-regulation in disguise.

Today, I blend flow science, yogic wisdom, and nervous system literacy to help neurodivergent minds work with their brilliance, not against it.

I'm a Senior Yoga Teacher (trained in six lineages), a certified coach with The Coaching Society and trained in the neuroscience of flow with The Flow Research Collective, and a practitioner of NLP, Timeline Techniques and Hypnotherapist. Since 2012, I’ve worked with coached over 25,000 people across 14 countries — including Fortune 500 companies.

I live in the Cotswolds, near Bristol, with my dog, a stack of neuroscience books, and hikes on my doorstep. Nature is my algorithm. For fun I love spinning people around as part of the amazing Bristol Acro community.
